Hello guys,
Could anyone please tell me what libraries for the blind (online libraries or libraries as an institution) are available for international blind readers from all over the world and whether the membership is for free.
Thank you for your advice.
Have a nice day.

I don't know that there are that any really open to world wide distribution, even online. Individual countries have different copyright laws, making something like that rather hard. The only thing that comes to mind is gutenberg (I may have misspelled that.) IT's a website that puts various forms of ebook books that are now public domain, either because the author put them there to begin with, or because the copyright has run out on them.
For the United states there's the library of congress which has various places in most states that act as a distribution of books on tape, in braille, or both. There's also bookshare which, while not free, in some ways is like a library.
I know in Canada they have something similar to the library of congress in the US, and the UK does as well. Beyond that, nothing is coming to mind right away.

Google also has a library of sorts, but I'm not sure how to access it. You might also try a search on-line of something like libraries online free. If you want newspapers, you can sometimes do searches on newspaper websites.
